The Exsel Roseaux des Sables residence: the Ti Caz islet.

Located in a quiet, serene setting, the Exsel Roseaux des Sables hotel residence offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay. Adjacent to the Exsel Floralys hotel, you’ll be able to take advantage of all its facilities, as well as a swimming pool on the premises.

For a tailor-made vacation, Exsel Roseaux des Sables has several types of accommodation for up to 6 people to suit your needs: an apartment, and studios, chalets or bungalows.

As part of Exsel Nature’s eco-responsible program, Exsel Roseaux des Sables has been European ecolabel certified since 2018.

Luggage storage

We have a luggage room where you can leave your luggage at reception.

Transport & parking

We can arrange car rental for your stay or to take you to the airport. Just ask at reception!

You can park in our outdoor parking lot, secured by video surveillance.

Water carafe in the room

As part of our CSR measure Exsel Nature, we are replacing plastic water bottles in the room with glass carafes. We provide water dispensers with micro-filtered water on every floor.

Change of bed linen and towels and cleaning of the room

We propose two actions to limit our environmental impact. Help us to preserve our island!

SuperGreen program:

Staying at our hotel for two or more nights? If you do without the cleaning service for your room, we save water resources and emit fewer cleaning agents. Simply hang the door tag in your room on your door handle. As a thank you, we look forward to giving you a surprise.

Change of towels:

We only change your towels when you put them in the shower or bath. Your bed linen will not be changed every day unless you request it.

Air conditioning

You can adjust the temperature in your room using the air conditioning remote control. If necessary, please contact reception. Follow the Ecogestes and help us to protect the environment!

Products for the reception

We offer you a range of reception products with the Ecolabel, because it’s good for you and for the environment! We buy them in bulk to reduce our plastic consumption.

Alarm clock

You can set your alarm clock via the telephone by pressing the “alarm clock” button. You can also contact reception via 9.

Sockets

The electrical voltage in the hotel is 220 V/50 Hz. If required, adapters are available at reception. Select the 9.

Additional pillow and blanket

We provide pillows and blankets in the room cupboard or on request at reception, select 9.

Safe

Your room is equipped with a safe with digicode. To use it: Close the door and enter your secret code, which must be confirmed by pressing #. The management accepts no responsibility for valuables or cash left in the room.

Minibar

A little thirsty? A minibar is available in your room. Each consumption will be charged to you. For your convenience, tea and coffee are available free of charge.

Fire safety regulations

When an audible signal sounds, leave the room or dial 9. Please follow the instructions behind your door to find the emergency exits and fire extinguishers to use if necessary. The assembly point is located at the hotel entrance gate.
